McKayla Sims, Student Writer
My name is McKayla Sims, and I’m a sophomore at the Greater Nanticoke Area High School. This is my first year at this school and it’s also my first year in a journalism class. In the past years, I went to Wyoming Valley West. At Valley West, I was part of the chorus classes and the 2026 club.
Some of my hobbies include going on walks, watching movies with my little sister, and playing with my cat. I love reading and listening to podcasts and music on my phone – especially crime stories. I also like photography and writing, doing makeup, and living life to the fullest.
In the future, I see myself working in a good job and living in a big house with one cat. I see myself as a very successful woman who travels the world. I can’t wait to see where the future takes me.
