GNA CAMPUS – Spring sports have started at GNA for the 2024-25 season! We strongly encourage students to explore all of our extracurricular programs to find their interests. This spring, there are several exciting options, including baseball and softball. In this update, we will focus on boys’ volleyball and the track and field program.

Name: Roan Beamer, ’26
Spring Sport: Track and Field
This is his first season participating in our Track and Field program, and he has discovered a desire to continue this activity at the collegiate level. He is even considering the possibility of pursuing a professional running career. As a competitive individual, he really enjoys racing against his peers. However, one of the biggest challenges he faces in this sport is building stamina. He hopes to become the fastest member of the team and encourages his peers to improve alongside him. Additionally, he appreciates Track and Field for the way it helps enhance his own running skills.

Name: Robert Miller, ’26
Spring Sport: Boys’ Volleyball
This is his third season participating in Boys’ Volleyball, and after high school, he plans to play intramural volleyball in college. He has a deep appreciation for the technical aspects of the game and understands the level of consistency required to perfect one’s technique. However, he acknowledges that maintaining that consistency can be challenging. While he doesn’t hold particularly high expectations for himself, he does expect his teammates—and the program as a whole—to excel. He is very excited about the team’s synergy and believes this is the strongest GNA Boys’ Volleyball team in years.
