My name is Coraliz Garcia, I am a Junior here at Greater Nanticoke Area High School, and this is my second year in journalism. I like to keep myself busy, so speaking about that, I’ve joined many clubs and activities in our school like Key Club, Art Club, Drama Club, FBLA club, Chorus, Aevidum, and Student Council!Â
Some of my hobbies are playing online games, drawing, and writing. Music helps me a lot regardless of what I am doing; it helps me keep my focus, and will always be my go-to option. I am currently doing DE (Duel Enrollment) Cyber and taking a psychology course for this Fall 2024 semester. I work at a restaurant as a host/hostess and enjoy the environment I work in! I see myself as outgoing but I don’t let anything or anyone get in my way because I have a future to fulfill and you only live once so, why let the little things bother you?
I plan to go to LCCC after high school for 2 years and attend a 4-year college afterward. I have always been interested in psychology and helping people solve their problems, so I would love to be a psychologist after college, but if that doesn’t work out, I know I have time to figure out what I want. No one can achieve something so quickly but as long as you put your mind to it, you can achieve your goals and aspirations- everything is a process and will take time.
