GNA CAMPUS – On October 21, there will be a vaccine clinic for the flu shot in the high school board room. The times will be announced.
More information about the clinic can be found below:
- Ages: 4 and above
- Flu Vaccine
- Screening consent forms are needed back by Wednesday, October 20th
- Copy of insurance card is needed
***This is NOT mandatory***
**Vaccine will be given during school hours**
