Teacher of the month: January 2020
Ms. Warman is the first ever “Teacher of the Month”; she received the most votes out of all of the teachers at the GNA High School.
GNA CAMPUS- Recently, the GNA Student Council started its “Teacher of the Month” program in which students select one teacher whom they feel deserves to be acknowledged for all that they do at GNA. Ms. Warman was named the winning teacher for the month of January, and The GNA Insider conducted an interview with her that can be seen below.
What was your reaction when you found out that you had won the “Teacher of the Month” award?
I was surprised! There are many dedicated teachers here at GNA that make a difference in students’ lives, so I’m touched that I was considered for this recognition.
Did you have any idea that this many students would vote for you?
I had no idea. I am humbled by this honor and grateful that I have been blessed with such wonderful students throughout my years in education.
Is there anything that you’d like to say in response to winning the award?
From the bottom of my heart, thank you very much! Your kindness is greatly appreciated.
