Amanda Schneider, Student Writer
My name is Amanda Schneider, and I am a senior at Greater Nanticoke Area. This is my first time writing for The GNA Insider. I have lived in Nanticoke since the 5th grade. My favorite subject in school would be history, as I have taken honors history for all four years of high school. I have also volunteered at my church and near by places; such as working a petting zoo, running the plays, giving away shopping carts full of Thanksgiving food, and even dressing up as a Christmas tree to give children candy.
In my spare time, I am working at a restaurant as a host. When I’m not working, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family. I also love to travel and take pictures of new and exciting places. My favorite place to be is wherever the sun is.
After High School, I plan on going to college for real estate as well as business and marketing. I am very excited to better myself and make my goals come true.
