As there are heroes in the My Hero Academia verse, there are villains who the heroes work together to take down. However, there is a major and notorious group of villains named the League Of Villians. These monsters of humans do whatever it takes to get their way and all members have very different personalities, yet all come together as one powerful team. With that being said, there are numerous strength differences between each member, and some reign supreme amongst the bunch, so here’s a top 5 of the strongest League Of Villians members.
Number 5.) Touya Todoroki; Villian Name: Dabi
At number 5 we have one of the most notorious villains of the league, Dabi. Dabi’s quirk is “Blueflame”, which is a fire that burns hotter than normal fire. Dabi’s quirk, Blueflame, allows him to use powerful fire that can quickly scare off any opponent. Not only can Dabi generate these flames, but he has also displayed incredible control over his quirk as well. His quirk allows him to easily attack and defend himself with both short-range and long-range moves. Dabi’s quirk also allows him to enhance all his physical attacks, reinforcing any kicks or punches with scorching hot blue flames to add permanent damage to his adversaries. And if you think Dabi isn’t already insane to deal with, he’s the long-lost son of the pro hero, Endeavor, the current number-one hero. His bloodline gives him flames obviously but being the first his flames are stronger than his own father’s. Dabi was also the one who revealed Deku’s quirk, “One For All” to the world, throwing the very world they loved into chaos.
Number 4.) The Nomu (Collectively)
At number 4 we have the borderline goons of the League Of Villians, Nomus, though very far from being disposable and weak lackeys. The Nomus are genetically modified humans that are born to serve and destroy, hence why their brain is numbed to completely remove all human emotion from their bodies. Their quirk revolves around the user that was turned into a Nomu, the combination of numerous Nomus into one, or forcefully given a quirk, aka allowing them to use any but mostly physical quirks. Multiple quirks mean enhanced strength on their own, but these reanimated humans are also heavily modified on top of this. Multiple variations of Nomu have been seen throughout the series so far, with the next even stronger and deadlier than the last, all having fresh or even seen-before powerful quirks that give the heroes a definite run for their money.
Number 3.) Jin Bubaigawara; Villain Name: Twice
At number 3 we have a very prominent member of the League Of Villains for his unique quirk, Twice. His quirk, “Double” allows him to create clones of anything he pleases, living or not. With the help of the League of Villains’ intel team helps him acquire the information he needs to enable his duplication quirk, allowing him to make clones of members in the league to trick the opponent or even blend in with other heroes. Twice not only can create clones of living beings but also can allow the duplicate to mimic the individual’s quirk as well. As of the fifth season, Twice has gotten over the personal trauma he had that stopped him from creating clones of himself. Not only can Twice make doubles of himself but with the awakening of his “Sad Man’s Paradise” super move, he can create a massive tsunami of clones to overpower and overrun his adversaries. Twice, however, has been killed in the fifth season, which is a feat in itself. Heroes usually capture villains and detain them, however, leaving Twice alive was just too major of a threat, prompting pro-hero Hawks to end his life.
Number 2.) Shigiraki; Villain Name: All For One
In the world of My Hero Academia crime has always been a thing, but the reason that the term “villain” skyrocketed was because of one man and one man alone. All For One is the reincarnation of pure evilness, greediness at its finest, and the pure leader of the League Of Villains. All For One’s quirk is quite literally in the name, he has the ability to steal quirks from other people and use them for himself. All For One being the manipulative villain he is, became the master and “savior” of the strongest villain Tomura Shigiraki, leading him into darkness and genocide after his breakdown. All For One is also the older brother of Yoichi Shigaraki, the first user of the “One For All Catalyst”, and ironically his most notorious enemy. While his raw strength has depleted from fighting the generational One For All users and his final fight against All Might, his strength lies in his brilliant plan-making abilities and overall intelligence. All For One has made numerous visions into the future and with every plan lies 50 alternate routes in order to reach his goal. With All For One leading the League Of Villains, they have come quite a long way and continue to leave a massive impact on the world.
Number 1.) Tomura Shigiraki
At number 1 we have Tomura Shigiraki and he is by far the strongest villain in all of My Hero Academia. While his backstory is full of misfortune and he was guided into the darkness, he certainly fills his role as corrupted and pure evil. Shigaraki may not look muscular and tough, but he is surprisingly strong in his unique way, thanks to his quirk, “Decay”. Shigaraki’s ability to decay and disintegrate anything (living or not) just with a simple touch of all five of his fingers still very much poses a threat. In any combat Shigaraki decides to engage in, his enemy’s options are incredibly limited, especially at close range. As of the current season, Shigaraki’s Decay quirk now has the ability to affect its targets via indirect contact as well. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. After Dr. Kyudai Garaki subjected Shigaraki to a painful body modification surgery, Shigaraki was reborn completely, now wielding All For One as well as many other dangerous quirks that even a mob of pro-heroes couldn’t defeat. His mere presence in the verse of My Hero Academia is the sole reason the world has been overturned into a wasteland and Deku’s number 1 enemy. Shigiraki being the new “All For One” and Midoriya being the new “One For All”, its destiny they clash and finally end this generational war between catalyst users, but Shigiraki certainly doesn’t plan on going down easy thanks to his enormous strength.
