GNA´s best Halloween costumes for 2023.

GNA CAMPUS – Nobody does Halloween like GNA. Here are some of our favorite senior costumes.

The first winner was Shelby Shepanski. She went as Barbie for Halloween. Shelby won the cutest costume.

Next, we have Bailey Tomko, Ryan Kenney, Brandon Wozniak, and Shayne Farrell. This group came as “The Cat and the Hat” and “The Lorax” for Halloween. They have won the funniest costume.

Then, Samantha Synder presented herself as the girl from “The Shining” for Halloween. She won the scariest costume category.

Continuing to Dylan Brown and Logan Ostopick. They were two characters from the show “Breaking Bad” for Halloween. They have won the most detailed.

The winners for most creative were Isabella Buchanan and Mackenzie Hall. They won with their unique idea of being a pirate and a mermaid duo.

Finally, the last category titled “best group” was won by Jaidyn Johnson, Gavin Turak, Payton Kepp, Ryan Wiaterowski, Evan Lukowich, and Patrick Remley. They came as the Nanticoke Trojans basketball team for Halloween.

My name is Amanda Schneider, and I am a senior at Greater Nanticoke Area. This is my first time writing for The GNA Insider. I have lived in Nanticoke since the 5th grade. My favorite subject in school would be history, as I have taken honors history for all four years of high school. I have also volunteered at my church and near by places; such as working a petting zoo, running the plays, giving away shopping carts full of Thanksgiving food, and even dressing up as a Christmas tree to give children candy. In my spare time, I am working at a restaurant as a host. When I’m not working, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family. I also love to travel and take pictures of new and exciting places. My favorite place to be is wherever the sun is. After High School, I plan on going to college for real estate as well as business and marketing. I am very excited to better myself and make my goals come true.

My name is Chriselda Sedorchuk, and I am currently a senior at GNA. I've been attending GNA my whole life. This is my first year in the journalism program. I currently work in an ice cream shop. I've participated in chorus throughout elementary and middle school, and I also played softball in middle school. I spend a lot of time taking photos to capture and remember the memories I make. In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, and play video games when I get the chance. My favorite movie series is The Hunger Games. My favorite music artists are Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, and Olivia Rodrigo. I am also a Marvel and DC fan. I would love to travel the world one day and photograph all the beautiful scenery. I would love to visit France or Italy. At this time, I am stuck on two very different future jobs. I would like to go into the trades for welding, but my other choice would be to go to college to get a bachelor's degree in criminal justice so I can become a detective. I hope I get the chance to live close to a beach one day.
