Within the coming week, the Greater Nanticoke Area jazz and concert bands will be performing their annual spring concert. The show, which will take place on April 25, will begin at 6:30 in the evening and will include two musical selections performed by the middle school band.

All of the participating students have worked ceaselessly over the past three months and are filled with hope that many viewers will venture out of their homes to enjoy a lively night of musical fun. The performance marks the end of several seniors’ musical careers with the band and is thus valuable as a memory and a relic in GNA history. The outgoing musicians will be greatly missed by the Nanticoke community.

In light of the show’s concluding the 2018-2019 band year, members of the Nanticoke society are collectively encouraged to attend on April 25,  as a means of showing support to local students of the middle school and high school bands and bonding with the rest of the community.
