GNA to host holiday dinner
What would Christmas be without giving to those who are less fortunate?
On Friday, December 21, Mr. Bruza will be hosting the first holiday dinner for the less fortunate families here at the Greater Nanticoke Area School District. It will be held in the Educational Center cafeteria from 4:30-7:00 p.m. Nearly 300 families are invited and encouraged to attend. Each family that attends will receive plenty of food and a special gift.
If anyone around the area is willing to make a donation, they can do so by donating an unwrapped board game to the GNA Educational Center office. During the dinner, Santa will be in attendance and distribute gifts to the children of families in need.
This is just one of the many ways GNA is giving back to the community during this holiday season.
