The Jungle
In 1985 the Trojan student section gained a reputation for their rowdy ways. Now in 2018, The Jungle is as loud as ever and still has the same reputation that was given to them over 30 years ago.
Having school spirit is one thing, but having pride in your school is another. In The Jungle, you will see an immense amount of both pride and spirit coming from a group of students that love their school.
From warm nights to bitterly cold nights, and to nights where its just outright down-pouring, you will always find a large number of high school students, with smiles on their faces, making their way to whatever game is happening, dressed in the theme for that night.
We asked four seniors from Nanticoke what they will miss most about their high school experience:
Carly Reakes said she will miss The Jungle and all of the basketball games.
Trah Krupinski said what he will miss most is the excitement The Jungle would bring to all of the games.
Alyssa Lewis said she will miss the excitement and thrills The Jungle would bring to each and every basketball game.
Amiah Lukowski said she will miss going to almost every basketball and football game to sit in The Jungle and cheer on her school.
