What are your hobbies outside of school?
- Watching sports, attending sporting events, running my photography business (not really a hobby), and spending time with my family
What is something most people don’t know about you?
- I was an assistant coach for the 2012 softball state champs here at GNA. I’m also a huge music fan.
If you could meet one person, living or dead, who would it be? Why?
- Jim Leyland. Old manager from the Pittsburgh Pirates. I’m a HUGE Pirates fan!
What is your favorite band – or – who is your favorite singer?
- One of my favorite bands has to be Fleetwood Mac.
What is your favorite song of all time?
- That’s a tough one. I LOVE music. Wonderwall by Oasis.
What is your favorite place to eat?
- Lum’s Fernbrook Inn
What is the most unique place you’ve ever visited? Why?
- There was a place in Jamaica called the “Blue Hole.” We were able to jump off cliffs and waterfalls. The water was the bluest blue I have ever seen.
Do you have any pets? If so, what are they?
- Yes! Two dogs that are Boston Terriers. Their names are Samson and Rocco.
What is the most outrageous thing that has happened to you while working at GNA?
- Nothing “outrageous” happened as an employee, but a few interesting moments happened when I was a student.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
- Tapping!!
What inspired you to work in education?
- Well I don’t really work with the students, but I was happy to be employed by my alma mater.
What do you like most about working for the GNA school district?
- I grew up in this district; it’s home to me.
What is your biggest piece of advice for students?
- Try and make the best of things. Be a kid, everyone grows up too fast anymore. And of course, ALWAYS be true to yourself.
