Fall is the perfect time for movies! As the days get shorter and the nights get cooler, there’s nothing better than settling in to watch a great film.

 

10 Things I Hate About You- 1999

Kat Stratford is beautiful, smart, and quite abrasive to most of her fellow teens, meaning that she doesn’t attract many boys. Unfortunately for her younger sister, Bianca, house rules say that she can’t date until Kat has a boyfriend, so strings are pulled to set the dour damsel up for a romance. Soon, Kat crosses paths with handsome new arrival Patrick Verona. Kat may let her guard down enough to fall for the effortlessly charming Patrick.

Perks Of being a Wallflower- 2012

Charlie experiences first love, deals with bullying and drug experimentation, and forms a bond with his supportive English teacher, Bill.

Fantastic Mr Fox- 2009

After 12 years of bucolic bliss, Mr. Fox breaks a promise to his wife and raids the farms of their human neighbors, Boggis, Bunce, and Bean. Giving in to his animal instincts endangers not only his marriage but also the lives of his family and their animal friends. The show focuses on cases, often inspired by real events, and presents both the police work to apprehend a suspect and the legal challenges to ensure their conviction, offering a unique perspective on the criminal justice system.  

Little Woman- 2019

In the years after the Civil War, Jo March lives in New York and makes her living as a writer, while her sister Amy studies painting in Paris. Amy has a chance encounter with Theodore, a childhood crush who proposed to Jo but was ultimately rejected. Their oldest sibling, Meg, is married to a schoolteacher, while their shy sister Beth develops a devastating illness that brings the family back together.
