Daylight Savings – March 9, 2025.
This coming Sunday marks the beginning of Daylight Saving Time, when we set our clocks forward to make better use of daylight and enjoy later sunsets.
However, not every U.S. state observes this change; Arizona and Hawaii do not adjust their clocks at all.
Most states participate in Daylight Saving Time due to its implementation during World War I, and the practice has continued since then.
One of the benefits of this tradition is that it helps conserve energy by reducing the need for artificial lighting.
