If you are snowed in and binge-watching your favorite show, after every episode try to stretch yourself out to stay flexible and reduce stiffness. If you are doing your school work at home, set timers for every thirty minutes to an hour and stretch out or do a light exercise. It is very important to keep yourself moving even though the cold can make you very tired.
If you have nothing to do, try doing housework like vacuuming, reorganizing, and rearranging furniture to keep yourself on your feet. DIY projects can also take up time as well, paint a canvas for your wall, refurbish an old piece of furniture, and find any other crafts that can keep you occupied.
