Sign-ups in person:
- Saturday, October 5th, 2024, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Wednesday, October 16th, 2024, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Thursday, November 14th, 2024, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Fee Amounts: Free of charge
All applications go on a wait list and are pulled in the order they are received. Applicants need a Photo ID.
All teens receiving gifts need to provide a birth certificate, and teens 17 and 18 years old must provide current report card or progress report.
