Listed below are the Spirit Week themes for October at Greater Nanticoke Area High School. The popular week of themed outfits will take place between October 23rd and October 27th.
Monday, October 23rd- Nightmare Before Christmas
Dress up as your favorite character from the hit movie, The Nightmare Before Christmas, or wear any colors or apparel relating to the movie.
Tuesday, October 24th- Addams Family vs. Adam Sandler
Bring out your iconic baggy outfits and dress up as Adam Sandler or Dress as your favorite character from the Addams Family by wearing any colors or apparel relating to the shows or movies.
Wednesday, October 25th- Barbieland/Breast Cancer Awareness
It’s Barbie vs Ken! Show off your favorite Barbie and Ken outfits while advocating for breast cancer awareness by wearing any shade of pink.
Thursday, October 26th- Devil vs. Angel/Drug Awareness
Flaunt your style by wearing a devil or angel-inspired outfit while advocating for drug awareness by wearing any shade of red.
Friday, October 27th- Flannel Day
Strut around in your favorite flannel-patterned clothing.
No costumes are allowed and all outfits must be school-appropriate. All Spirit Week outfits and accessories must meet the dress code mandates found in the student handbook.
