Students travel to Washington, D.C.
On May 6th, students from the GNA High School took a day trip to the nation’s political and historical hub, Washington D.C. The trip was an unforgettable experience for those who attended the capital. The weather stayed nice for the day, with a clear sky and hot temperatures being broken by enjoyable breezes. When the class entered D.C, they went to see the White House, the Supreme Court of the United States, the Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, and the Arlington National Cemetery. Some students had the opportunity to meet a lot of new people who revealed to them interesting facts and historical information about the places which they visited while in D.C.
