On Friday, November 9, 2018, GNA hosted its annual Veteran’s Day program.

Veteran’s Day celebrates both veterans both alive and deceased. During the course of the program, we had two veteran’s speak to students, E5 Sargent Ronald Bruza and Sargent Margaret Haydock. The band and chorus members paid tribute to Veteran’s Day by performing a series of patriotic songs.

The ceremony closed with a sing-a-long of  “Proud to Be An American.”

There were two ceremonies, one for sophomores and seniors, the other one for freshman and juniors. The ceremonies were presented the same and each ran for an hour.
