What interested you in becoming a teacher?
I love history and I knew I wanted to make a difference in students lives.
What subject(s) are you interested in teaching?
Where did you attend high school, and do you view education differently now than you did when you were a student?
Crestwood; I view education differently now than when I was a student because I view it more as a necessity for all. Every person has the right to a good education.
Is teaching what you expected it to be?
No, it is so much more! Being a teacher is so rewarding and all the hard work is worth it.
Has anyone in your life (teachers, family, friends) inspired you to become a teacher, or did you push yourself towards it?
Honestly, I was originally a music major and no one imagined me changing. I pushed myself to become a teacher because I knew I wanted to work with children.
Who are you a student-teacher for? Do you like their teaching methods?
Mr. Litchkofski, I believe he is a very good teacher. I am learning so much from him.
