New years resolutions

New years resolutions are used to let others know what you want to change or happen in the upcoming year. The most common resolutions have to do with either weight loss, exercising, or eating healthier. Another common resolution is to spend more time with the people that you love.

Many people choose their resolutions based on what they either care about the most or what they are most interested in changing or learning.
